A Purpose-Built Cattery Designed for Comfort and Play
Our semi-communal layout includes spacious play areas filled with custom-built creations from ComfyPet, including the KatAttack Vegas Cat Mansion and KatAttack New Yorker Cat Tree. Cats can climb, scratch, lounge in sunbeams, or explore multi-level catwalks and wooden bridges.
The cattery sunroom is a guest favourite — a covered, warm space designed for daytime play and garden views. Each guest also has their own private, split-level suite with a comfy bed and a separate area for food, water, and litter.
Our indoor areas are adorned with hand-painted forest murals by renowned muralist Doug Ford, creating a soothing, nature-inspired environment. These vibrant artworks feature native birds, streams, and even hidden frogs.
Personalised Feline Care by Experienced Owners
Since 2002, we’ve proudly run this owner-operated cattery, offering personalised, hands-on care. We’ve welcomed cats of all breeds, ages, and temperaments — including shy, elderly, and medically complex guests.
Trial visits are available for first-timers or nervous cats, and we offer evening play sessions to help them settle in gently and at their own pace
Feeding and Medical Needs Handled With Care
We feed cats twice daily with Royal Canin Fit 32, a premium dry food free from fillers and artificial additives. If your cat requires a special or raw diet, you’re welcome to bring your own food — we store it safely, and there’s no extra charge.
Carissa brings over 20 years’ experience from a local veterinary clinic and is trained in administering oral and injectable medications, including insulin.
Vaccination Policy and Health Standards
To ensure the safety of all guests, we require up-to-date vaccinations for Feline Calicivirus, Rhinotracheitis, and Enteritis, completed at least 7 days before arrival. We also recommend discussing the Chlamydia vaccine with your vet.
For unvaccinated cats, we offer a limited-use Isolation Suite — except during our peak period (20 December – 10 January), when all cats must be fully vaccinated.
Our facilities are cleaned daily with veterinary-grade disinfectants. Bedding is replaced as needed, and all surfaces, litter trays, and feeding areas are sanitised thoroughly.
Visiting and Inspection Hours
We welcome inspections during our open hours – no appointment necessary:
- Mon-Fri: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends & Public Holidays: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Family and Friends are also welcome to visit your cat during their stay, as long as it’s during the same open hours.
Holiday Bookings
A seven-day minimum stay applies during the peak holiday season (20 December – 6 January), with a non-refundable deposit required. The balance is due at pickup.
