Booking, Availability & Pricing

I need to bring my cat in today. Do you have space?
Yes, outside of the Christmas and Easter peak periods. Bring your cat during our open hours, along with their vaccination card.

Can I visit the cattery before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage prospective clients to visit during our open hours. No appointment is necessary.

Do you offer long-term boarding?
Yes, we can accommodate extended stays. Contact us for long-term pricing and care arrangements.

Do you require a deposit for bookings?
For peak periods, such as the Christmas season, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

What are the costs for boarding?
Our rates are competitive and reflect the high-quality care we provide. Book your cat’s stay today or view our Prices page for current rates.

Hygiene & Safety

How do you maintain cleanliness in the cattery?
We clean our cattery daily with veterinary-grade disinfectants. All bedding, bowls, litter trays, and surfaces are sanitised to eliminate germs.

What happens in case of a medical emergency?
If your cat needs urgent veterinary care, we’ll take them to a trusted local vet and contact you or your alternate contact right away.

Diet & Feeding

What food do you provide?
We feed Royal Canin Fit 32 dry food twice daily. It’s a premium, balanced option with no fillers or artificial additives.

What if my cat has a special diet?
We’re happy to feed specialised diets at no extra cost. Please bring enough food and clear feeding instructions. We have a fridge for safe storage.

Can I bring my cat’s favourite food or treats?
Yes, you can. Just like with special diets, bring enough for your cat’s stay along with clear feeding instructions.

Health & Special Needs

What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Cats must be vaccinated against:

  • Feline Calicivirus
  • Feline Rhinotracheitis (Snuffles)
  • Feline Enteritis

Vaccines must be current within the last 12 months and given at least 7 days before arrival.

Can unvaccinated cats stay at your cattery?
Yes, outside of the Christmas period. They are housed in a separate Isolation Suite with a small surcharge.

What happens if my cat requires medicine?
We’re happy to administer tablets, lotions, drops, and injections (including insulin). Please bring all necessary medications along with clear instructions. There’s no extra charge.

Comfort, Enrichment & Stress-Free Stays

Are cats kept in cages all day?
Not at all. Our cattery offers semi-communal living. Each cat has a private room for sleeping and feeding, and access to spacious play areas filled with climbing posts, tunnels, shelves, and toys.

Will my cat be stressed during their stay?
Most cats settle in well. We maintain a peaceful environment and give nervous or shy cats extra time and attention. Trial stays are available to help your cat adjust before a longer stay.

Can I bring my cat’s bed or toys?
Yes, but beds should be reasonably sized. Familiar items like old towels or jumpers are great comforters. Toys are welcome, but we can’t guarantee their return.

Do you provide bedding and toys?
Yes, clean bedding and a variety of toys are provided to keep your cat comfortable and stimulated.

Can my family or friends visit my cat while they’re boarding?
Yes, during our open hours. Visiting helps some cats feel more relaxed, especially during longer stays.

Miscellaneous

Do you have any job openings?
All cattery positions are currently filled.

Can I receive updates during my cat’s stay?
Yes, we’re happy to provide updates upon request. During peak times, updates may be limited but can still be arranged if requested in advance. We also update our Instagram page with photos of current guests, so be sure to follow us.
