Boarding Terms and Conditions

Our facilities and management practices are maintained at a very high standard. Therefore the very best of professional care and expertise will be given to your pet. However, we accept no responsibility for illness, injury, death or loss for any reason whatsoever.

While you are on the cattery premises, your cat(s) are your responsibility. Any loss of a cat during these times will not be the responsibility of the cattery.

Our policy is to call a vet at the owner’s expense if it is considered necessary and act on their advice. It is taken that by leaving your pet in our care that this is what you would request.

Unless your cat is staying in Isolation. We require that all owners produce an up-to-date vaccination certificate which states clearly that their cat is protected against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis and calicivirus. The certificate must be current for the whole period of boarding. If the vaccination needs to be updated this must be completed before arrival. Please remember to bring your Vaccination Booklet with you.

Worming and flea control procedures should be current. We recommend Advantage or Frontline applied before arrival.

Any cat found to have parasites present will be treated and charged accordingly.

All boarding fees are charged at the full daily rate starting on the day of arrival and every day thereafter excluding the day of departure. A 50% deposit is required for all stays over 21 days

For all stays between 10 December to 20 January, the minimum charge is 7 days and a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. No discounts apply during this period.

We reserve the right to charge for the days you have booked even if you collect your pet before the due date or drop off later.

Please appreciate that we do have set hours. We will only open the cattery outside of these hours at prearranged times and a fee will apply.

All cats over the age of 8 months must be neutered/spayed.

We reserve the right to make suitable arrangements at the owners’ expense, including rehoming, for any pet left in our care 14 days after the due collecting date if no contact is made by the owner or owner’s agent.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Unless arranged with management, payment is strictly to be made on collection or prior to collection.

If a payment plan has not been agreed to and payment is not received within 10 days, any overdue and unpaid balances will be charged a fixed fee of $25. In addition, unpaid balances will be subject to an interest rate of 3% per month, charged daily until the balance is paid.

All unpaid accounts referred to collection services will be liable for any additional collection costs.

We reserve the right to amend our prices and Terms & Conditions at any time as considered necessary.
